Day 1: Good morning, traveller! Today's the day we kick off your wellness journey. Once you land, we'll whisk you away to our lovely Ayurvedic resort in Alleppey. After you've settled in, you'll meet with our Ayurvedic doctor. Don't worry, it's more of a friendly chat than a check-up! They'll ask about your health and lifestyle to create a treatment plan just for you. Day 2-3: Rise and shine! These days are all about getting you started on your personalised Ayurvedic treatments. You might have a relaxing massage, or try some herbal remedies. We'll also sort out a special diet for you - think of it as fuel for your wellness journey!

Day 4: Today, we're rolling out the yoga mats by the backwaters. Breathe in that fresh air as our instructor guides you through some gentle poses. In the afternoon, we're off to a bamboo grove for a bit of meditation. It's proper peaceful there - you'll love it! Day 5: More yoga today, but we're mixing it up with some philosophy too. You'll learn about the ideas behind yoga and how Ayurveda fits in. It's fascinating stuff, and dead useful for keeping up your practice back home.

Day 6: Pack your trainers - we're off to Pathiramanal Island for a nature walk. Keep your eyes peeled for colourful birds! In the afternoon, it's time to get a bit mucky with some mud therapy. It might feel odd at first, but your skin will thank you later! Day 7: Today's highlight is our silent meditation cruise at sunset. As we glide along the backwaters, you'll have a chance to reflect on your journey so far. It's a proper magical experience.

Day 8: We're keeping up with the Ayurvedic treatments today. But the exciting bit? You're going to learn how to whip up some Ayurvedic dishes yourself! Our chef will show you the ropes, and you'll be cooking up a storm in no time. Day 9: On your last full day, we've got a special talk lined up. You'll learn how to keep up with Ayurvedic practices in your day-to-day life back home. It's all about making small changes that add up to big results!

Time to say goodbye, but not before one last yoga session to set you up for your journey home. You'll have a final chat with our Ayurvedic doctor too. They'll give you a personalised wellness plan to take with you. Then it's off to Cochin International Airport, feeling refreshed and ready to face the world!
