Welcome to India! After landing in Delhi, you'll catch a scenic flight to Leh, the capital of Ladakh. As we're now at high altitude (3,500 metres), we'll take it easy for the first two days. We'll have a gentle orientation walk around Leh bazaar, where you can snap some shots of local life. Use this time to get to know your fellow photographers and sort out your gear.

Early morning: We'll start before sunrise with a drive up to Shanti Stupa. Get your cameras ready to capture the golden light as it spreads across the Indus Valley. Late morning: After breakfast, we'll explore Leh Palace. This nine-storey palace offers great views of the city and a chance to practise your interior photography skills. Afternoon: We'll wander through Leh market, focusing on street photography techniques. Look out for colourful stalls and interesting characters!

Early morning: We're off to Thiksey Monastery to photograph the morning prayers. The sound of horns and chanting monks creates a magical atmosphere. Late morning: At Hemis Monastery, we'll focus on capturing the intricate architecture and the daily life of the monks. Evening: Back in Leh, we'll have our first photo review session. Share your best shots and get tips from our expert guide.

morning: We'll drive over Khardung La, one of the world's highest motorable passes, to reach Nubra Valley. Evening: Sunset shoot at the sand dunes. Try to capture the contrast between the desert and the snow-capped mountains.

morning: Early risers can join a sunrise shoot at the dunes. Night: Weather permitting, we'll try our hand at night sky photography. The lack of light pollution here makes for incredible starry skies!

Pangong Lake - Reflections and Colours We'll drive to Pangong Lake, stopping for photos along the way. In the evening, we'll set up for a sunset shoot by the lake.

Full day at Pangong. We'll have workshops on using filters and capturing reflections. The lake's colours change throughout the day, offering endless photo opportunities.

Tso Moriri Lake - Off the Beaten Path Today we visit the less-touristed Tso Moriri Lake. This remote location offers a chance to capture pristine landscapes and perhaps some wildlife. We'll spend the day exploring different vantage points around the lake.

Morning: Back in Leh, we'll have our final editing and review session. Learn post-processing tips to make your photos shine. Evening: For our last shoot, we'll head to Namgyal Tsemo Monastery for a spectacular sunset over Leh.

As we say goodbye to the mountains, use the flight back to Delhi to capture some aerial shots. It's time to head home with memory cards full of incredible images and hearts full of unforgettable experiences! Remember, this itinerary might change slightly due to weather or local conditions. Our priority is always to get you the best possible photography opportunities!
