Welcome to Punjab! As soon as you land at Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport, I'll be there to greet you with a warm smile. We'll hop in our comfy car and head straight to your hotel. After you've had a chance to freshen up, we've got something special planned for the evening. As the sun sets, we'll make our way to the incredible Golden Temple. You're in for a treat – we'll be watching the Palki Sahib ceremony. It's a beautiful sight as the holy book, the Guru Granth Sahib, is carried in a golden palanquin to its night-time resting place. The whole place glows with golden light reflected in the surrounding water. It's truly magical! Feeling peckish after all that excitement? I know just the place for dinner. We'll head to Brothers' Dhaba, a local favourite. Get ready to tuck into some proper Punjabi grub – think buttery naan bread, creamy dals, and spicy curries. Yum!

Rise and shine! We've got an action-packed day ahead. We'll start bright and early with another visit to the Golden Temple, but this time we'll go inside. I'll show you around the Harmandir Sahib – that's the main sanctuary. It's covered in real gold and the craftsmanship is out of this world. Next, we'll pop over to the Akal Takht. It's one of the most important sites for Sikhs and you'll learn all about its history. Feeling hungry? You're in luck! We'll check out the Guru Ka Langar, the temple's community kitchen. They serve free meals to thousands of people every day, and you're welcome to join in. After lunch at the famous Kesar Da Dhaba (their dal is to die for!), we'll visit the Jallianwala Bagh memorial. It's a sobering place, but an important part of India's history. To round off the afternoon, we'll explore the fascinating Partition Museum. As night falls, we're off to Gobindgarh Fort for a spectacular light and sound show. It brings the fort's 250-year history to life – you'll feel like you've stepped back in time!

We'll kick off the morning with a visit to Durgiana Temple. It looks a bit like the Golden Temple, but it's dedicated to Hindu gods and goddesses. Then it's time to hit the road! Our two-hour drive to Jalandhar will fly by as we chat about all we've seen so far. In Jalandhar, our first stop is the Pushpa Gujral Science City. It's brilliant fun for all ages – lots of hands-on exhibits and even a dinosaur park! As evening rolls around, we'll take a leisurely stroll through Nikku Park. It's a lovely green space right in the heart of the city, perfect for people-watching and soaking up the local vibe.

Another day, another city to explore! After a two-hour drive, we'll arrive in Ludhiana, known as Punjab's Manchester because of all its industry. But we're here for the fun stuff! First up is the Punjab Agricultural University Museum. It might not sound exciting, but trust me, it's fascinating. You'll learn all about Punjab's farming heritage and see some cool old tools. Ready for some thrills? Hardy's World amusement park is our next stop. Whether you're a daredevil who loves big rides or prefer something more relaxed, there's something for everyone here. We'll spend the afternoon enjoying the attractions and maybe even getting a bit wet on the water rides if it's hot! To finish off the day, we'll go shopping at Ghumar Mandi. It's a bustling market where you can pick up some great souvenirs. I know all the best shops, so just let me know what you're after!

It's our last day, but we're going out with a bang! After a four-hour drive back to Amritsar, we're heading straight to the Wagah Border. Every evening, the border guards from India and Pakistan put on an amazing show as they lower their flags. It's like a dance-off, but with very serious faces! The crowd gets really into it, cheering and clapping. It's an incredible experience you won't forget. After the ceremony, I'll take you to the airport for your flight home. I hope you've had an amazing time exploring Punjab with me!
