Begin your Indian adventure with an overnight flight from London Heathrow to Delhi. Relax and get excited about the journey ahead as you enjoy your in-flight services.

Welcome to India! As you step out of Delhi airport, you'll be greeted by our friendly guide with a traditional marigold garland. We'll drive you to your luxury hotel, a stunning property that was once a maharaja's residence. After time to freshen up, join us for a welcome dinner featuring live classical Indian music and a chance to meet your fellow travelers.

This morning, we'll catch a short flight to Udaipur, often called India's most romantic city. After checking into our lakeside palace hotel, we'll take a boat ride on Lake Pichola, watching the sun set behind the magnificent City Palace. In the evening, we'll walk through the charming lanes of the old city, stopping to browse through shops selling miniature paintings. Dinner tonight is on the rooftop of our hotel, with stunning views of the illuminated palace.

Start your day watching the sunrise over the lakes - it's magical! After breakfast, we'll explore the massive City Palace complex, filled with courtyards, pavilions, and rooms decorated with mirror work and paintings. You'll love the Crystal Gallery, housing the world's largest private crystal collection. In the afternoon, visit a local family to learn the art of Indian cooking, then explore the vibrant Shilpgram crafts village. End the day watching a mesmerising cultural performance at Bagore Ki Haveli.

Journey through the Aravalli Hills to Jodhpur, stopping at the stunning Jain temples of Ranakpur. Arriving in Jodhpur, you'll be amazed by the blue-painted houses that give the city its nickname. Check into our heritage hotel, a former nobleman's residence, before heading out to explore the local bazaar. Watch the sunset from the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, followed by dinner in the Old City.

Today we drive into the Thar Desert to visit the Bishnoi villages, where you'll meet local families who've been protecting wildlife for over 500 years. Try your hand at pottery, see traditional opium ceremonies (don't worry, it's just a demonstration!), and enjoy a jeep safari spotting desert wildlife. Tonight, we'll stay at a luxurious desert camp, enjoying dinner under the stars with local folk musicians.
