Your family adventure begins in India's bustling capital! After meeting your friendly guide at the airport, we'll take you to your comfortable hotel to refresh. In the afternoon, we'll ease into Indian culture with a fun rickshaw ride through Old Delhi's narrow lanes. Your kids will love watching the street performers and sampling some delicious Indian sweets. We'll visit the massive Red Fort, where your guide will tell fascinating stories about the emperors who once lived here. As evening falls, enjoy a welcome dinner where you'll meet other families joining the tour.
Start your day with a visit to the splendid Humayun's Tomb, which inspired the Taj Mahal. Your children will enjoy running around its beautiful gardens while learning about Mughal architecture. Next, we'll visit the Qutub Minar, where kids can imagine how this towering monument was built over 800 years ago. After lunch, explore New Delhi's wide boulevards, stopping at India Gate for family photos. End your day at the colourful Dilli Haat market, where children can try their hand at traditional crafts.
After breakfast, we'll drive to Agra (4 hours) with plenty of fun stops along the way. Reach Agra in time for lunch at a family-friendly restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the mighty Agra Fort, where your guide will entertain the children with tales of emperors and hidden treasures. Later, enjoy your first glimpse of the Taj Mahal during sunset from the peaceful Mehtab Bagh gardens. Watch as the marble changes colour in the evening light - a magical moment for the whole family!
Wake up early for a spectacular sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Your guide will keep the kids engaged with fun facts and stories about this wonder of the world. After breakfast, we'll drive to Jaipur (5 hours), stopping at the fascinating abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. Reach the 'Pink City' of Jaipur by evening and settle into your heritage hotel, where children can enjoy the pool.
Start your day with an elephant or jeep ride up to the magnificent Amber Fort. Kids will love exploring the secret passages and mirror palaces. After lunch, visit the City Palace where children can dress up in traditional Indian clothes for photos.
