You'll hop in a comfy car and head to your family-friendly resort. The rest of the day is yours to settle in, have a splash in the pool, or take a stroll in the garden. Your guide will pop by in the evening to chat about the exciting days ahead.

Srinagar Sights and Sounds Rise and shine! After breakfast, you're off for a gentle ride on a shikara – a beautiful wooden boat. As you glide across Dal Lake, keep your eyes peeled for colourful houseboats and floating markets. In the afternoon, it's time for some fluttery fun at the Butterfly Park. The kids will love spotting different butterflies and learning about their life cycles. Back at the hotel, you might want to try some yummy Kashmiri cuisine for dinner – ask your guide for family-friendly recommendations!

Gulmarg Gondola Adventure Pack your jumpers today – you're off to Gulmarg! This gorgeous hill station is known as the 'Meadow of Flowers'. The highlight of the day is a thrilling gondola ride up the mountain. At the top, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks. We've arranged a lovely picnic lunch for you to enjoy in the fresh mountain air. There's time for the kids to have a play in the meadows before heading back to Srinagar.

Pahalgam Bound Today you'll drive to Pahalgam, known as the 'Valley of Shepherds'. On the way, we'll stop at a traditional Kashmiri village. Here, you can see how local families live and work. The kids might even get to try their hand at some simple crafts. Once you reach Pahalgam, check into your hotel and spend the evening relaxing by the Lidder River.

Pony Tales in Pahalgam Giddy up! This morning, you'll go on a gentle pony ride through the beautiful Betaab Valley. Don't worry if you've never ridden before – the ponies are very calm and there'll be handlers to help. After lunch, take an easy walk along the river, skipping stones and spotting birds. If the kids still have energy to burn, there are plenty of green spaces for a game of cricket or frisbee.

Crafty Srinagar Time to head back to Srinagar! But first, a special treat – you'll visit the Craft Development Institute for some family-friendly workshops. You might learn about carpet weaving, papier-mâché, or wood carving. It's a great chance for everyone to try something new and maybe take home a handmade souvenir. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Srinagar or relax at your hotel.

Marvellous Manasbal Your last full day in Kashmir is a real treat! You're off to Manasbal Lake, often called the 'supreme gem of all Kashmir lakes'. We've arranged a picnic by the lake, where you can relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. If you're feeling adventurous, there are options for gentle water activities like pedal boating. As the sun starts to set, head back to Srinagar for a farewell dinner.

Homeward Bound It's time to say goodbye to beautiful Kashmir. After breakfast, you'll head to the airport for your flight back to Delhi, and then on to London. As you fly home, you'll have plenty of wonderful memories to chat about – and maybe even start planning your next family adventure!
